The design process:

1. Client comes to designer with a project proposal. The designer and client agree on terms and project schedule. We ask that a small percentage (10%) of the project be paid up front as a retainer fee to start the design process.
2. Rough sketches will be used to get a general idea and a good sense of heading in the right direction. The client will approve of these before moving forward.
3. A final clean drawing is made and vectorized in an illustration program.
4. The vector drawing is then colored or textured and prepared to go to print.
5. There is a final approval by the client, and a payment in full will be sent.
6. Once we recieve the clients payment we will send high res files of your designs.

Terms and Conditions:

* The artist has rights to all original artwork unless previously agreed otherwise in a written statement prior to starting the project.
* There is no limit to the amount of changes made to the project during the entire design process from start to finish. Although a 10-20% fee may be added depending on the amount of other projects to be completed during that time. Usually if the schedule is not busy there will be no additional cost. We want to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with thier designs.
* There will be no extra charge for cancellation of a project at any point in the design process. Although we do expect you to pay for the work that you approved of while working on your project. Also the artist will keep any and all artwork completed or still in process that was used for your project.
* All artwork is original and was newly created upon agreement of the project.
* We understand that some projects may be needed last week. We are prepared to take care of all your design needs in the timeframe we have agreed upon. Therefore a 10-20% fee will be added to the overall total for rushed projects. This is also subject to negotiation depending on the amount of work flow during that time.

happy halloween (almost)

Boo!
Yea i know its not halloween yet, but i got a little anxious and decided to draw a pic of some recognizable horror story/film monsters and all around bad guys....i think i did chucky pretty good, but the vampire looks very non-scary. Once again marker on plain paper. And im adding that my outline marker is an opaque fabric marker with two ends: one is a nub and the other a brush type. Happy early Halloween.

creature concept three

This creature is definately more steampumk, by the way for those of you who dont know what steampunk is: a genre of science fiction set in Victorian times when steam was the main source of machine power.
Anyways, this is also marker on plain paper. And i thought id like to add that the borders ive been putting around the designs make it 10 times better. What do you think?

this is another creature i did in the same way, although this one seems more like a pokemon character. I think im going for a steampunk look but cant seem to get it right. Marker on plain paper.

This is a random creature I did on plain printer paper in marker. Ive started using colored pencils for a rough sketch. I mostly use prismacolor markers, but i also have graphic design markeres as well.
